High pump prices see rise in petrol runners

Petrol prices have risen sharply in recent years, with the pain at the pump leading to large numbers of motorists driving off without paying for their fuel. But the thieves only exacerbate the problem of expensive petrol by forcing service stations to hike prices to cover the losses.
