4 Ingredient - Chocolate Tofu Mousse
Serves 4
- 340g pkt silken tofu (brought to room temperature)
- 280g dark chocolate
- 2 tbs. pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Blend tofu in food processor, blender, or with a hand held mixer until just smooth. In a double boiler, melt chocolate over low heat. Stirring constantly. Add maple syrup and vanilla to melted chocolate and combine. Add to tofu and mix until creamy. Pour into four small serving dishes or glasses and chill until set … Enjoy!
