Australia’s competition queen reveals her secrets to making a living from winning. The strategy that has helped her land $600,000 in cash and prizes.
Joanne Bowen believes anyone can turn the odds in their favour when it comes to competitions.
She has literally made a career out of winning, landing a new car, two trips to London, two trips to Disneyworld and a star-studded red carpet event since she started her hobby.
She has put all her tips in writing, releasing an e-book to help others cash in on the thousands of prizes available.
But according to Joanne, it takes commitment.
"You've just got to keep going, a lot of people enter a few competitions and then give up."
"I probably enter maybe 50-60 competitions a week."
Here are a few of Joanne's top tips:
- Plan which competitions you are going to enter and what you need to enter them.
- Enter correctly. Make sure you read the guidelines, because if you don't you will be automatically disqualified.
- Make your entry stand out. If you only have 25 words, make them count.
