With smokers being left out in the cold in almost all public places and entertainment venues, the next frontline it seems in the battle to stamp out smoking, is at our very doorstep.

An ongoing neighbourhood dispute has the potential to set a precedent that could see smokers being forced to butt out in their own homes.
