Swiss apple is the latest craze to sweep the beauty industry and it is not coming to us from a top-of-the-line brand name, but one of the most affordable beauty lines in the country.

Aldi has incorporated the anti-ageing properties believed to be associated with Swiss apple into its Lacura skincare line, and we get the experts' verdict on the new range.

The Aldi Lacura Renovage products contain Phytocell, a product that has been endorsed by celebrities such as Michelle Obama, Jennifer Lopez and Helen Mirren.
The active ingredient is based on the stem cells from the Swiss apple tree, believed to have regenrating qualities unlike.
