Revive your retirement

For our six million Aussie baby boomers, retirement should be just around the corner.

But new research reveals that for many, that's not going to be possible.

So here's how you can rescue those plans.

Firstly look at how much super you've got already and how it's invested.

Then look at:
— Putting in extra super from your pay, if you can
— Use the government super perks like the co-contribution or the spouses contribution
— Look for super funds with lower fees
— Consolidate all your super into one account
— If you qualify for the age pension, include that in your calculations
— You might also consider down-sizing your home to free up capital
— Get good retirement advice. Centrelink advice is free.
