But the best news is you don't have to spend a lot of money to look a million bucks – the majority of winning products are under $20.

Foundation: Giorgio Armani Luxury Designer Lift Foundation $90, but the runner up Covergirl Natureluxe is just $18.95
Mascara: Maybelline Volum Express Falsies in Black Drama $16.72
