Mouldy homes are forcing Australian families out onto the street as landlords and tenants do battle in court over who should have to foot the bill.
Lynda Lehmann says she was reduced to living in a tent after her rental house became covered in mould.
The matter is now headed for the courts after her landlord, Murray Cooper, denied any responsibility.
A magistrate will now decide if the landlord has to pay for the possessions that Ms Lehmann threw out due to the mould.
