Rising costs and online competitors have forced manufacturers to come up with a new way of making money. But for fear of losing customers, they are not putting their prices up they are simply making the products smaller.

A Current Affair would like to clarify that Arnott’s decreased the recommend resale price of its Shapes multipack when it decreased its size.
