In a bid to boost property sales, real estate agents across Australia are going to extreme lengths to sell their properties.

Now, a Sydney agent is giving away a free car. Is this an act of generosity by a generous property developer or a desperate attempt to lure in buyers?

The developer responsible for the giveaway is Skyton Developments. The agent in charge is Rakesh Ratnaraj from Ray White Parramatta.
