Retirement is meant to be a blessing - but for the residents of this retirement village it's a living nightmare. Under constant attack from local teenage gangs, their haven has become a hell.

"Mt Druitt Police are preparing a report based on a safety audit they conducted at this property. Once this report is complete, Housing NSW will consider any recommendations that may enhance."
"Housing NSW has already taken steps to improve security through steps such as installing screen door protectors to prevent illegal access."
"An order was raised to replace the fence on 17 January, however recent heavy rains delayed the completion of the work. The fence has since been replaced."
"If any member of the public observes suspicious or criminal behaviour, they are encouraged to report it to Police or Housing NSW."
