ACA's Weigh It Up campaign returns with the warm weather to help you shape up for summer. Meet the team of six women who are taking on our eight-week weight loss challenge with the help of a food consultant and fitness guru who will lay down the laws of getting lean in two months.

One of the best ways to stick to a eating plan is to make sure you have healthy snacks on hand. Have some of these on hand to keep you full and energised:

- Vegetable Platter (Always have one made up in the fridge with any combination of celery, carrots, cucumber, zucchini, mushroom, radish, snowpeas, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, cauliflower. You are allowed unlimited quantities!)

- Vegetable Platter with any of our low fat dips or a mini 40g tub Light Philadelphia Cream Cheese

- Boiled egg & Vegetable Platter

- Piece of fresh fruit (limit 2 per day & 6-8 nuts)

- 1/2 cup low fat yoghurt with chopped fruit & 1 Tbs ALPS Blend

- Packet cup of soup

- Wholegrain fruit toast with 1 Tbs Extra Light Philadelphia Cheese or Ricotta

- Wholegrain toast with 2 tsp peanut butter

- Dried fruit & nuts (6-8)

- Air popped pop corn

- Low fat hot choc, tea, coffee including latte or cappuccino

- No added sugar fruit packs 135g

- Low fat, low carb, high protein bar
