They're making bold claims to get your shopping dollar. A Current Affair looks at the new breed of online discount grocery outlets offering savings of up to 80 percent on your shopping bill.
We put the major discount sites to the test to find out if they really give you value for money.

Kerry's verdict:

Not Quite Right — Good selection of products. The website is easy to navigate and lets you zoom in on products to see the use by date.

Off You're Trolley — Good range of products but you have to buy in bulk.

Only Oz — Has a huge variety of products.

Price comparison results:

Not Quite Right — A basket of dishwashing liquid, pasta, coffee, chocolate biscuits and canned fruit will cost $12. That is 95-90 percent cheaper than the recommended retail price.

Off You're Trolley — Offers great deals on the same products but you have to buy in bulk.

Only Oz — Buying the same products will cost you $17.80.
