He's the hungry goat who made headlines when he was fined $440 for eating a patch of public grass.

Now, Gary the goat is celebrating after his case was dismissed by a magistrate today.

A Current Affair's Laura Tunstall caught up with Gary and his owner Jimbo outside the courtroom.
