It's good news for fans of The Block — there's another house that nobody knew was up for grabs.

If you missed your chance to snap up a Block property, don't despair, there's an opportunity right around the corner.

The fifth house — better known as the Challenge House — is now on the market.

The property, which was renovated by all contestants last season, is ready to go under the hammer on October 27.

246 Montague Street, South Melbourne
Saturday, October 27 at 1.30pm
