Retail king Gerry Harvey has forked out $61 million on a car park in a bid to end a feud with a rival retail development.

Harvey has been in a dispute with the owners of Sydney’s Penrith Supa Centre shopping complex.

Harvey wanted to keep the car park exclusively for use by his customers, rather than share with his rival.
