With a million different things out there to be afraid of, it's not too hard to imagine that thousands of people suffer from everyday phobias.
Some of these phobias include common ones like bugs, insects, closed spaces or even flying.
There are over 600 different phobias we know about and starting from A to Z with Abluntophobia which is a fear of washing through to Zoophobia, a fear of animals.
There are also phobias that deal with certain situations called situational phobias.
These include things like getting on a plane, getting in a car or hopping on a train.
So what can people do to treat their phobia?
Well, Mark Stephens treats phobias with hypnotherapy and it's proving to work.
"A phobia is a learned experience and all we have to do is reprogram the mind and unlearn that experience," Mark Stephens said.
